The Craft Shop and Old Irish Goat Centre, Mulranny, will

open during the festival from 11am until 5pm Friday, Saturday,

Sunday and Monday. Learn about Ireland's only landrace

breed of goat in the Centre.  The Mulranny Gift of Hands

group will be holding a Festival Rug Sale over the weekend

in the craft shop.  The rugs are handmade with recycled wool from

the Foxford Woollen Mills.  All proceeds from the sale of their beautiful rugs are returned to the community to help with environmental projects.

Ginger and Wild Café and Art Gallery will host a Dark Sky themed art exhibition upstairs in Ballycroy National Park Visitor Centre, with works by Deirdre Kelleghan, Pauline McSorley and Brian Wilson.  Admission FREE

Greenway Antiques and Bookstore open at the Old Thatch Mulranny  Friday through to Monday 2:30 to 5:30pm - with a warm fire lighting, this is a great place to spend an afternoon!

McLoughlins of Mulranny host an Italian night - dining on home-made  pizzas, spag bol, bruschetta and more....Pizza & pint/glass of wine only €10! Served 12.30 until 8pm. Followed by 70s, 80s, 90s hits with DJ Seanie MacGreenway

Monday morning 30th October join Michael Chambers for a walking tour of Newport.  Michael will tell stories of Newport's colourful past while you explore the town's unique built heritage.  Meet 10:30am at Newport Tourist Office

Monday morning 30th October at 10.30am there will be an 'Old Irish Goat Quest'.  Meet at the Mulranny Park Hotel and go on a quest to find Mulranny's rare Old Irish Goats in the hills above the village.
