Marnie Ogg

For nearly 30 years, Marnie has developed as a knowledge broker for dark skies. Bringing tourism, science and people and policy-makers together to reduce light pollution began when she spearheaded the creation of Australia's first Dark Sky Place, in the Warrumbungle National Park. Most recently, her passion to preserve nighttime environments has seen her expand her tourism business to incorporate Dark Sky Traveller, and found the not for profit charity, the Australasian Dark Sky Alliance.
