Symposium Programme published

Immediately following our Dark Sky Festival, we are very proud to be hosting the 14th European Dark Sky Symposium, from Sunday 3rd November to Tuesday 5th November. The Symposium brings together academics, activists, architects, astronomers, community groups, conservationists, dark sky advocates, ecologists, engineers, lighting experts, planners, policy makers, scientists and more, to discuss the challenges and explore the solutions to reversing light pollution and implementing best practices for dark sky friendly lighting. Check out the packed programme for this ground-breaking symposium...

Festival Programme published

We are delighted to publish the Programme for our 2019 Festival! As you will see - we have a packed programme of events in Newport, Mulranny and Ballycroy, with formal talks, fun family workshops, stargazing, exhibitions, trade stands, and lots lots more. As always, the best value for money is to purchase a 2 DAY PASS for just €30 - this will give you access to all formal talks in all venues. If you are bringing your family, please remember - KIDS GO FREE to all events (but booking is recommended for free workshops with limited capacity to avoid disappointment!) Contact us at any time if you would like advice on events or timings
