Festival App
With 3 locations. 15 talks, 12 workshops, as well as walks, stargazing, opening night concert, gala dinner, telescope trade stands and exhibitions, we realise it can be challenging to decide just which events to enjoy at the Mayo Dark Sky Festival!
To make life just a LITTLE bit simpler, we have teamed up with LINEUPR to bring you a smartphone app that puts all the relevant festival information (ie WHAT'S ON, WHERE and WHEN) at your fingertips (ie on your smartphone). You will also be able to filter events by eg location or type of event, so if, for example, you are in Newport on Saturday, you can view just events in that location on that day.
This web app will work on all smartphones, via a URL. The app does not need to be installed and opens immediately and even works offline. Changes to the content or settings will be updated directly, and we will also post regular updates over the festival weekend with any possible changes to the programme (particularly those that are weather dependent)
The app is loaded directly from the website (ie you do not need to download from the Apple Store or Play Store)...
