Lantern Making Fun

We had a wonderful day at Newport NS on Saturday, hosting two free lantern making workshops. A lovely group of attendees at each session, who magaed to construct and cover FIFTY lanterns for our LANTERN WALK at the Mayo Dark Sky Festival Finale on SUNDAY 2 NOVEMBER

THANK YOU to everyone who cam along, and a huge thank you to artist Tom Meskell for his creativity and passion, and to Elaine Harrington of Wilderland who helped pull the whole event together, bringing artists into our community with such inspiring results!
